Session Information: In-person 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions, tailored to your individual training goals. Sessions take place in The Commando Temple gym, Deptford, South-East London, or in Gympods Dalston, East London - in private workout rooms with Coach Max. Session duration is 55-60mins minutes. Includes FREE 15min Consultation Call to discuss your Training Goals and Health.
