Lifting should be a pleasure, not a punishment. Mental well-being is just as important as muscle and my goal is to make sure every session leaves you feeling affirmed, empowered and with a hefty dose of endorphins!
Whether you’re training to feel affirmed in your gender, post-surgery, managing a chronic condition, neurodivergent, stepping into lifting for the first time or advancing your training —I’ve got you! I believe in lifting up my clients, my community, and, of course, some serious weight.
With a focus on kindness, encouragement and an inclusive space where everyone belongs (let’s take up space!) We’ll push past limits, break barriers, and find pleasure in every rep.
Session Information:
Bespoke In-person sessions of 1 to 1 Personal Training, tailored to your individual training goals. Sessions take place in private workout rooms in Dalston, East London (Gympods) or in a gym space in Deptford, South East London (The Commando Temple) with Coach Max. Session duration is 45-50minutes. Includes FREE 15min Consultation Call to discuss Training Goals and your health before we begin.
