Bespoke In-person sessions of 1 to 1 Personal Training, tailored to your individual training goals. Sessions take place in private workout rooms in Dalston, East London (Gympods) or at The Commando Temple gym in Deptford with Coach Max. Session duration is 50-60minutes. Includes FREE 15min Consultation Call to discuss Training Goals and your health before we begin.
